Geddes & Gillmore takes your privacy very seriously and will process and use information about you always and only in a secure manner. This document gives a description of the Privacy Statement of Geddes & Gillmore. We recommend that you read this Privacy Statement carefully. Geddes & Gillmore is an international fashion label. Geddes & Gillmore Europe B.V. is a Dutch company with limited liability, established at Breda, The Netherlands, and is listed in the Trade Register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 20107381.

2.    Which information is collected and processed by Geddes & Gillmore?

Information necessary for delivery
In order for us to deliver to you the Products you purchased on the Website, you must provide us with the necessary information such as your name, address and place of residence.

Account
In order to make optimum use of the Website you can create a personal Account. When you create such an Account, you are requested to fill out certain information about yourself. You are not obliged to provide all listed details but your name, address, place of residence and email address are obligatory. You can always adjust and/or remove the information you have provided.

After you have filled out the details in your Account, a profile is automatically created. This profile includes the details you have given when you created your Account and also the details Geddes & Gillmore subsequently collected about your use of the Website.

10.    Are minors allowed to use Geddes & Gillmore?

In principle everybody can use Geddes & Gillmore and everybody can create an Account. However, it is important that special legal rules apply to persons who are not yet sixteen (16) years of age. If you are below the age of 16 and you don’t have such consent, you are not allowed to activate an Account.
